What the pilot includes
- Ghostly on your real shows. Connected to your events inbox, your kit folder and your show channels in Slack or Teams.
- A record for every upcoming show. Deadlines with their penalties, budget against spend, freight and tasks, each fact linked to its source.
- Owner nudges and an approval queue. Reminders go to the people who own each item. Anything outward-bound waits for your approval.
- The after-show view. Cost per lead, cost per opportunity and sourced pipeline from your CRM, and a keep, discuss or cut call per show.
- No charge. The pilot is free. You decide what Ghostly can read and can disconnect it whenever you like.
What we ask in return
- Honest feedback. What it caught, what it missed, and what it got wrong. Blunt is useful.
- One call a month. Thirty minutes to walk through how it is going and what to build next.
Who it is for
Field and event marketing managers on B2B teams that exhibit at several shows a year, work in Slack or Teams, and keep their kits and email in Google or Microsoft 365. Ghostly is for the companies that exhibit, not for show organizers.
Where it stands
Ghostly is pre-launch and has no customers yet. It is built and tested end to end on a fictional company, Northwind Robotics, and its Slack, Teams, Google, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Ramp and Brex connectors are tested against mock services. Design partners are the first to connect real accounts.
